I've been job hunting lately (which is much more enjoyable when you're not unemployed) and there is a tendency for some of the "cool" tech companies to make up pretty stupid sounding job requirements or position titles.  Ninjas should have swords, gurus should have inner peace, and rockstars should have guitars and drinking problems!  These are not people you necessarily want writing software for you!

This comic does have some of my favorite things... coffee, guitars, my girlfriend, nerdy developer stuff, and the binary code tattoo I've always wanted.
