Hey everybody!  Sorry about the one month gap.  I went back to Chicago for a few weeks over the holidays and I had every intention of drawing comics while I was there.  And then I didn't.  I got back to Berkeley about a week ago and I just now had the free time to sit down and draw.

This comic is (obviously) inspired by the new hobby Eileen and I have picked up.  We felt like we were the only childless 20-somethings we know who didn't brew their own beer, so we decided to fix that.  After picking up some gear and a kit to make an amber ale we have now joined the noble ranks of homebrewers.  So far it's been really fun!  We just bottled the first batch today and I think it's going to turn out well.

So I'm excited to see what I can do with this comic in 2012.  I'm trying to be much more productive this year and more focused on improving my skills (such as drawing and making comics!)  I was a little disappointed in myself for missing a month, but hopefully I'll be able to make it up to you loyal readers somehow.  I also just picked up some new comics with an xmas present giftcard and that always inspires me to draw more.  I picked up Liz Prince's Will You Still Love Me If I Wet The Bed and Jason Little's Motel Art Improvement Service.  Both are fantastic and you should buy them!
